The picket fence has the numbers "11 30 18 35" and "4 21 19 10". The last pair of numbers in both groups look like they could be years, so we put those pairs together to get the dates "11/30/1835" and "4/21/1910". Those are the dates of the birth and death of the author Mark Twain. The solution is stl.la/marktwain .
