A star in the lower left corner is big and yellow, looking very different from all the rest of the stars. This is, quite obviously, the starting point.
You then make the leap that the numbers equal degrees, and you assume that stright up and down equals north (0 degrees).

So, starting at the big yellow star in the lower left corner, you draw a straight line (from the clue of the dashes bewtween numbers) up at 75 degrees until you come to a star. Then you turn and draw another straight line at 345 degrees until you hit another star. Continuing this, you come up with the following path:
This is a single Japanese character: 士
Translated to English, this character means "Samurai" (according to Google Translate).
The answer is either stl.la/samurai or stl.la/士
