Hint 2 |

You will need to use the answers of the week. And don't forget the theme and that you had to be on TRACK.
Solution |

First you must realize the PCX file is a fairly obsolete image format and find an image browser to open it (or ask a friend). After opening it, you see a picture of a train on tracks with numbers and letters on the tracks:
1-9:3-2:2-7:2-2:5-5;3-1:1-3:2-6:2-4:4-7:3-3:3-8;B:5-6:2-7:3-6:4-6:5-11:2-4
B:3-2:1-3:4-7:2-4:3-3:4-7:2-1:1-9:3-3:2-3:5-8;1-9:4-5:4-6:2-6:4-7:1-9:4-6:4-7
Using the numbers as indexes into the week’s answers and the letters as letters, you get the following:
Truly =
1-9:3-2:2-7:2-2:5-5
Gardner =
3-1:1-3:2-6:2-4:4-7:3-3:3-8
Bluford
B:5-6:2-7:3-6:4-6:5-11:2-4
Brandenstein
B:3-2:1-3:4-7:2-4:3-3:4-7:2-1:1-9:3-3:2-3:5-8
Thornton
1-9:4-5:4-6:2-6:4-7:1-9:4-6:4-7
Which are the names of the astronauts from the 8th NASA space shuttle mission .
Thus putting together 8 and train tracks, as well as this week's answers/theme, you get 8 Track, an obsolete audio format.
